How to make wicking barrel.

You will need  soil, seeds, compost, water, sand, barrel, ag pipe, water pipe, weed mat, zip ties, gardening tools, rope, weed cloth, irrigation pipe. Get 400mm of rope and get 110mm of pipe. Cut a barrel in half. Drill holes to put the rope and the pipe handles in. Drill holes for the out let pipe and the zipties that holds the filling pipe in. Cut the water pipe in to 52cm and cut 40cm of the ag pipe. Cut the irrigation pipe in to 10cm. Get 8cm square of weed cloth to put on the end of the out let pipe. Cut 60cm of the weed mat to cover the ag pipe so none of the soil can not get in. Put the ag pipe and the water pipe in place. Ziptie the pipes in. Put the out let pipe in. Put the irrigation pipe in and get the weed cloth and put it on the end of the irrigation pipe. Put in the sand in over the out let pipe by 2cm. Put in the hay on by 2cm deep on the sand. On the hay goes the soil and fill to the top. Now you are done the wicking barrel. All you need to do now is plant your seeds. Dig a small  hole to put the seeds in. Fill the rest of the hole in with soil. Water the seeds in. Happy growing.
